WE WIL NOT ACCEPT GOODS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES :
-Proof of purchase cannot be substantiated.
-A period of 5 business days has passed since delivery or collection of the unit
PACKAGING
-The unit must be in it’s original packaging
-The packaging is in good condition
REFUNDS
-The full purchase price of the item minus any fees (PAYFAST) and cost (Courier / Shipping) will be paid via EFT to the purchaser ONLY once the goods was received and examined by the seller and deemed acceptable to the conditions mentioned above, within 15 days.
COURIER / SHIPPING
-All courier / shipping costs to return the goods to the seller is the responsibility of the purchaser and NOT refundable
-The purchaser will arrange his/her own courier to return the goods to the seller or one of its authorized distributors / resellers
-If the goods were damaged or lost in transit it is NOT the responsibility of the seller and the REFUND/RETURN transaction is null & void
-The goods remain the property of the purchaser until the REFUND/RETURN until the goods were received and examined by the seller and deemed acceptable to the conditions mentioned above.
